Corvallis Community Nutcracker – Tickets Now on Sale!
Get your tickets early and support this unique and fantastic community event!
Tickets are $15 and can be purchased at Burst’s Candies on Madison between 3rd St and 4th St. Performances are December 9th at 7:30 and 10th 2:00 and 7:30 at the Corvallis High School Theater.

Mouse King Tea Party
Would you like to meet the Mouse King and the other dancers? Join us for the Mouse King Tea Party Saturday December 10th. Participants have the chance to take pictures with the dancers, learn The Nutcracker story, have refreshments and take home a keepsake ornament. Tickets are $8 and will be available to purchase at Burst’s Candies.
Dress rehearsal week
Dress Rehearsal Week & Show Call Times are available for review. You can also review the Nutcracker Hair & Makeup Requirements. If you have further questions, just let us know. Email rsb.corvallis@gmail.com.
Classes During the week of Nutcracker
The schedule for classes during the week of Nutcracker is as follows
- Monday – All classes will be held
- Tuesday – All classes will be canceled
- Wednesday – Creative Movement and Pre-Ballet will be held. All other classes will be canceled
- Thursday – Creative Movement will be held. All other classes will be canceled
- Friday – All classes are canceled
- Saturday – All classes will be held
For help finding an appropriate make up class, please check with your instructor.
Nutcracker Volunteers
We’d like to thank everyone who has signed up to help make this year’s Nutcracker a success. If you haven’t signed up, there are a few areas that we still need help with.
- Concession sales
- Ornament sales
- Donation of concessions
- Stage hand
- Assisting young dancers backstage during dress rehearsals and shows
If you have signed up to provided refreshments, please bring pre-wrapped items to the Corvallis High School Theater before the Friday show.
Winter Break
The studio will be closed for winter break 12/18 thru 1/1.

Backstage a Midtown
Get advice from professionals on your next pair of pointe shoes! Visit Backstage at Midtown a new dancewear store located at 1590 Willamette St in Eugene. RSB students receive a 10% discount on all purchases and profits are donated back to the Eugene Ballet Company. Check them out on Facebook or on the web at www.backstagemt.com.
